2. Information We Access and Process
Through "Screen Sight" and "Vision-based Reading," the system captures screen data and uses OCR to understand text on browsers or applications like WhatsApp.
The "WhatsApp Desktop Agent" accesses your chat interface to read messages, provide summaries, and facilitate file transfers or calls.
We use a vector database to remember past conversations, allowing WOXUS to maintain context over time.
The system accesses your directory to create, read, edit, or delete files (e.g., .docx, .xlsx, .pptx) based on your direct commands.
3. How We Use Your Data
To perform office automation, web scraping, and deep research.
The "Evolution Agent" analyzes failed tasks to write new Python tools, improving the system's capabilities.
Using the Gemini 2.0 Flash Live API for live voice and video processing.
4. Data Security & User Control
WOXUS_V.1 includes a "Master Control" mode where permissions can be managed. By default, sensitive tasks require user confirmation.
System monitoring tools track CPU and RAM usage to ensure data is processed without compromising your hardware's stability.
5. Third-Party Integrations
WOXUS interacts with third-party platforms like WhatsApp, Amazon, and Google via Web Agents (Playwright). We do not control how these third parties handle your data.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By activating WOXUS_V.1, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all modules, including core intelligence, market intelligence, and system-level controls.
2. Use of Automation & Agents
Users are responsible for ensuring that "Web Scraper" and "Web Agent" activities do not violate the terms of the target websites.
Features like "Process Management" (Kill hung programs) and "Hardware Control" (Shutdown/Sleep) are used at the user's own risk.
The "Code Execution" module runs Python scripts locally. Users must not use this to execute malicious code.
3. Market Intelligence Disclaimer
Not Financial Advice: All "Technical Analysis" (RSI, MACD, EMA) and "Price Forecasting" provided by WOXUS are for informational purposes only. Liability: WOXUS_V.1 and its developers are not liable for any financial losses incurred based on stock screeners or market predictions.
4. System Evolution & Updates
Auto-Update: The system has the right to perform "Auto-Updates" to its core modules and Python tools to maintain security and functionality. Self-Learning: The "Evolution Agent" allows the AI to create new skills. The user acknowledges that these AI-generated tools are experimental.
5. Limitation of Liability
WOXUS_V.1 is provided "as is." While we offer "Barge-in Control" and "Live Transcription" for better interaction, we do not guarantee that the AI will be error-free or that its deep research reports will be 100% accurate.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend access to WOXUS_V.1 if the "Keyboard/Mouse Emulation" or "File Operations" features are used for unauthorized or harmful activities.
